Im not the Only iDiot with an iPad and WhatsApp

We commence today with our silly series. We start off again with stuff. Who hasn’t heard about the iPad? What  iDiot know dont know about the iPad and WhatsApp Messenger. Of course you have you iDiot! It is the latest tablet computer and best messenger that makes every other computer look obsolete.

When tablets initially arrived in the commercial market, they were not so popular. Many of the people that went for the first generation of tablet computers loved the fact that they addressed the issue of portability and easy computing. The iPad, which happens to be a lot more modern than these first-generation tablets, not only address the basic computing needs but is equipped with qualities that can have anyone drooling in no time.

It is a slim, lightweight device that makes computing anywhere and anytime a walk in the park. Equipped with a full touch screen QWERTY keypad, it eliminates the need for a bulky keyboard and comes with a high screen resolution that makes you feel you are watching videos and looking at picture albums on a High Definition screen. In addition, the iPad addresses the particular needs of its user.

Besides the applications that enable you to download books, music, watch videos online, view pictures and keep in touch with your social networks, the iPad also makes it easy to access the internet on-the-go. It is no wonder that many business men and executives find it appealing. How great is it to be able to work on a presentation or do some last minute research on the way to work?

Another appealing quality of the iPad is the fact that it is inexpensive. With such qualities, one would expect a price that not only breaks the wallet but also breaks the bank. At the moment, a black and white tablet reader such as the kindle which is used mainly for books costs about $260. When you consider that and the many things the iPad has to offer, with its stunning graphics, high resolution and slim ultra-modern look, the iPad doesn’t look so expensive anymore, does it?

The iPad appeals to every computer-literate age group. From adults who will fall in love with it for its portability and computing ease, enabling them to work on documents, presentations etc as well as access the internet from anywhere at any time, children will love it for its amazing game centre and the ability to access necessary school information.

Everyone will love it for the easy access to social networks such as facebook, twitter, WhatsApp on iPad http://whatsappdownload10.com/whatsapp-on-ipad/ and even Skype, social networks that look even more appealing because of the amazing resolution of the screen.

It is important to note that the iPad will not succeed in phasing out conventional laptop computers or cell phones. At the end of the day, we all still need a device we can work on for a longer period of times. Cell phones are more personal devices and no matter how great the iPad is, we all still need to hang on to our phones.

What the iPad can do however is make computers look less-intimidating for those that are not so computer savvy. It is smaller to learn from and is not so complicated to use. Everything is right at the fingertips of the user, making it effortless, fun and interesting.  So next time you consider giving a tablet as a gift to a loved one, you might want to consider the iPad. You know you want to!

Are you on the fence about whether to go for the ipad or not? When netbooks first arrived in the market they addressed the need for some basic, economical and portable computing which people subsequently jumped at. Smaller than laptops, netbooks were easier to cart around and they got the job done. The ipad is a step further in the direction of an ultra-light computing device that fulfills a person’s computing needs.

It’s a thin, lean, cool-looking computing device without a keyboard, that’s light enough to be carted everywhere and fulfills a variety of functions. It achieves the goal of giving you an inexpensive device that offers you productivity without the an-all inclusive operating system. You can watch videos in stunning clarity and surf the web easily and also read e-books comfortably. The best part is that you get all this with an optimized intuitive interface in a light-weight device that looks ultra-sexy.

When you consider the price that you pay for a black and white e-book reader (the kindle currently retails for $259) and the price that you would pay for a netbook, the price point for the ipad doesn’t begin to look too bad. The ipad will definitely impact the e-book reader market by relegating them to a single purpose device. So if you were going to present a loved one a Kindle, you may find yourself considering the ipad instead, since you can do so much more with it.

Business users will find it extremely handy in office meetings since they don’t have to take any print outs of documents or slideshow presentations. It’s also easier to transport and much easier to operate in the confines of trains and planes. Children will love the intuitive touchscreen interface on the ipad and will find it much easier to read textbooks or go through multimedia with it.

What the ipad will not do is replace the iphone, since your cellphone is a very personal device that’s designed to be carried in a pocket or purse. It won’t really kill off traditional laptops or netbooks either since we do need to work with multiple applications and require a certain-size machine to work with for extended periods of time.

What the ipad will do is bridge the gap between these devices – it’s been built designed solely for the purpose of consuming information with a little bit of information creation thrown in. It’s the answer to a particular segment of the global market that’s largely been ignored – consumers who’d like a portable device (with the choice of browsing Wi-Fi and/or 3G data) that goes beyond e-readers but who don’t need the full functionality of a netbook or laptop.

We all know people who could use a device like the ipad and that’s why Apple with the iPad can expect to sell millions of ipads. You may have a parent, relative, child or friend who isn’t and doesn’t need to be totally computer-savvy but could still vastly benefit from using it. The ipad addresses the need of this market segment and does it brilliantly in a single attractive multi-purpose device that’s hard to say no to. It’s effortless portable computing at its best!
